Shipping Information

Most orders can be processed and shipped in 1-2 days. (Not including time in transit)  However some products, such as dive gear, may take 1-2 weeks to deliver. Please be patient if you order dive gear, or if an item is out of stock and we need to wait for a delivery. We will do the best we can to get your gear to you as soon as possible.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight and destination of the package/s.

How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping?

1. Place at least $199 of merchandise in your Shopping Cart
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Ship your items to a U.S. address.
   
4. Select "Free Shipping" as your shipping speed. (Not available for PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses)

The Fine Print

• Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
• Applies only to orders that with at least $199.00 worth of merchandise in the shopping cart.
• If a coupon lowers the order total to less than $199.00, Free Shipping does not apply unless you add enough merchandise to exceed $199.00.

International Shipping Policy

The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.

For international orders over $200.00 we may require a method of payment other than credit card. Orders originating in certain "high risk" countries may not be paid for with a credit card.

International orders are sent via Global Express Mail. Surface delivery to international addresses is neither trackable nor insurable. For these reasons, we offer air shipping only. Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.
