Quick Sessions
A fantastic backdrop, there workouts were filmed at the Sea Cliffs in Del Mar, CA. These short "Quick Session" workouts will help you assault the time dilemma that keeps you from staying consitent. Scott confesses that theis is the secret to his fitness and athletic success. Most people just don't have the time to train their whole body at once. Scott gets 2 quick session workouts in a week per muscle group. It is so easy to stay consistent when you utilize these workout principles.

Strength Workouts
This workout was filmed in the majestic high dessert of Southern California. The routine is replicated form the Total Body Workouts that Scott instructed when he was active duty in the SEAL Team. THe workout can be broken down into two 20 minute workouts combining chest, shoulders and abs in one, and back, bi's and lower body in another. Scott put together this "combo" routine for Men's Fitness Magazine to teach people how to get effective training done in a short amount of time.

Stamina Workouts
Filmed at Big Bear Lake, CA, 7000 ft. high in the San Bernadino Mountains. The "Stamina" routine combines basic aerobic exercises with calisthenics, strength exercises to create a fat burning, body pumping, ultimate aerobic workout. Some people have said this workout is both a strength and aerobic routine in one. You'll get a great strength workout without letting your heart rate drop below your aerobic threshold.
