UST provides mentoring services to military customers to pre-trainees of government training programs for greater success during the military training, leading to higher quality graduates, a lower attrition rate and significant savings in training costs. Pioneered for the U.S. Navy’s recruiting command to enhance and support recruiting for Naval Special Warfare and Naval Special Operations, the program is having a big impact on the way these communities recruit and train candidates.

NavySEALs.com is the web’s premiere site focusing on the Navy’s elite commando unit, along with other special operations units. This site receives greater than 250,000 visitors a month and is a robust tool for pre-trainees as it provides direct access to former special operators, as well as a wealth of information and other resources to prepare for success in the SEALs, or in any other endeavor for that matter!
