Warrior Fitness CERT (Level I) 2 day, 10 hour per day format. The focus is on SEAL FIT warrior fitness, to include the movements for the exercises, team training, mental toughness, durability, and austere tools. Each day will include a SEAL FIT WOD. This event can serve as a pre-requisite for the Kokoro Camp. Warrior Leader Seminar 2 day (level I) and one week (Level I & II) format event. The focus is on developing Leadership skills for elite teams in any environment. Drawn from Navy SEAL leadership principles, tactics, techniques and SOPs (standard operating procedures). This seminar is not a physically demanding event and is appropriate for all fitness levels. Kokoro (Warrior Spirit) Camp 48 hour immersion event that is the pinnacle of many SEAL candidates quest to prepare for SEAL Training. Open to the public, this event is extremely demanding, both physically and mentally. The full gamut of warrior skills is taught. Pre-requisites include the SEAL FIT Warrior Fitness CERT (I) or a background training in Olympic lifts in High School or College, or CrossFit training for a minimum of six months.
